‘‘I was born and raised in the Hanover area. Though being raised in church my whole life I did not have personal revelation of God, His love, and His promises. I viewed God through the lens of the church people, as if all of their actions were His.  At the age of 18, I walked away from the church with no desire to return. But God! 

God used the trials of my life, a dysfunctional abusive marriage, and worldly friends to speak His love into my cold and broken heart. God truly chased me down and renewed my spirit, mind, and soul. Over the years God has proven Himself, His love, His healing, and His faithfulness over and over again. Though there are still trials in life, I now walk hand in hand with God, trusting in His strength and wisdom to guide and lead me. 

 Over the past 21 years I have been involved in varying degrees of women's ministries including having served on the board for Refreshing Springs Regional Conference, founding and hosting Kingdom Sister's Gatherings for 5 years, serving as an administrative assistant for Reaching All Women, hosting a girls purity group, marriage ministries, and helping in other areas of the body of Christ. I hold a certificate in Women's and family counseling from ACCA. Currently I am the leader of Covenant Life Women's Ministry and work full time at Adams Electric Cooperative.

My heart's desire is for women to know who they are in Christ and for women to break down the walls that they have put up to protect themselves. That they would not divide us from our each other.

I have been married to my husband Jake for 27 years who holds pastoral credentialing through National Association of Christian Ministers. Jake and I have three daughters Katie, Kallista, & Jaden, who have all recently been married and we have just been blessed with our first grandchild, Haven Grace. Jake and I are proud to say that all three of our daughters along with their husbands are whole heartedly serving Christ. 

 My favorite quote is by Dannah Gresh; "When the glory of the Lord touches the ugliest part of your life, there is no pride, only awe." This is what He did for me, and I want other women to experience, that love, freedom, and awe that only God can provide.’’
